Zaytun AI is more than a short-video app — it’s a marketplace where you can discover, shop, and support halal creators and businesses through videos and livestreams. Whether you’re purchasing a product tagged in a video, buying during a live session, or ordering directly from a seller’s store page, we aim to make your experience smooth, secure, and rewarding.
This policy explains how ordering and delivery work on Zaytun AI, including vendor roles, payments, and how to handle issues.
A. Ordering Process
Orders on Zaytun AI are fulfilled directly by independent sellers, creators, and partner businesses.
When you place an order:
- You may do so through a product link, livestream, or store within the Zaytun AI app.
- Product prices, delivery fees, and availability are provided by the sellers and may change in real-time.
- Zaytun AI displays this information as provided by sellers and strives to ensure it’s accurate, but final responsibility for order fulfillment lies with the seller.
B. Payments and Adjustments
- Payments are securely processed through Zaytun AI’s integrated payment gateway or trusted third-party partners.
- All charges, including shipping or tax, are shown before you confirm your order.
- By completing a purchase, you agree to the seller’s and payment provider’s terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and delivery.
If a product price or shipping cost changes during checkout, the new amount will be shown before payment.
C. Issues with Orders
If you encounter an issue (such as wrong item, missing delivery, or quality problem):
- Contact the seller first through the in-app chat or order page. Most issues can be resolved directly.
- If the seller doesn’t respond or resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may reach out to Zaytun AI Support for assistance.
Zaytun AI may help facilitate communication but is not the direct seller and is not liable for fulfillment, shipping, or disputes between buyers and sellers.
D. Coupons, Gifts, and Promotions
- Zaytun AI or participating sellers may offer discounts, vouchers, or digital gifts.
- Promotions from sellers are solely their responsibility; any issues should be raised directly with them.
- Zaytun AI coupons (issued by the platform) are:
- Non-transferable and non-cashable.
- Valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Automatically voided if your account is suspended or closed.
E. Halal Compliance and Product Safety
Zaytun AI prioritizes halal, ethical, and safe products. All sellers agree to comply with local halal, safety, and consumer protection laws.
However, Zaytun AI does not independently certify the halal status or safety of products. We encourage users to review product details, labels, and seller information carefully before purchasing.
If you suspect any halal or safety violation, report it immediately to the seller and to Zaytun AI Support for review.
F. Ingredients, Allergens, and Disclaimers
Sellers offering food, cosmetics, or similar items must list all ingredients and known allergens.
If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please review the product details carefully before ordering.
Zaytun AI does not verify the accuracy of these listings and is not responsible for any allergic reactions or health issues resulting from consumption or use of items sold through the platform.
G. Marketplace Risks
By purchasing through Zaytun AI, you acknowledge that transactions occur between independent sellers and buyers.
Zaytun AI provides the platform but does not guarantee product quality, delivery speed, or compliance by sellers.
Please shop responsibly and check seller ratings, reviews, and return policies before purchasing.
H. Independent Sellers and Creators
All vendors, businesses, and creators on Zaytun AI are independent. They are not employees, partners, or agents of Zaytun AI.
Each seller is responsible for:
- Product listings and descriptions.
- Packaging, shipping, and returns.
- Compliance with laws on consumer rights, labeling, and halal standards.
Zaytun AI does not control or directly manage their operations.
