Virtual Items Policy

The Zaytun AI Virtual Items Program (the “Program”) enables users to participate in livestreams, short-video gifting, and digital monetization on the Zaytun AI platform (“Platform”).
By using or participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

A. Eligibility

Only users aged 18 years or older (or the age of majority in their country of residence) may purchase or redeem Zaytun Coins, send Virtual Gifts, receive Gems, or withdraw earnings.
Participation is subject to compliance with Zaytun AI’s Terms of Service and applicable laws.

B. Zaytun Coins

Who Can Purchase Coins

Zaytun Coins (“Coins”) are the in-app virtual currency used to send Gifts or unlock paid digital features.
Only eligible users may purchase Coins through authorized payment methods in the app.

Purchasing Coins

  • Coins can be purchased directly within the Zaytun AI app.
  • Prices and quantities are displayed before checkout.
  • Transactions are processed in the displayed currency.
  • Any applicable taxes, conversion fees, or third-party payment charges are governed by your payment provider.

Once purchased, Coins are credited instantly to your Zaytun AI account.

Important: All Coin purchases are final and non-refundable. Once the transaction is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or reversed.

Using Coins

Coins can be used for:

  • Sending Virtual Gifts during videos or livestreams.
  • Unlocking premium digital features or interactions.

Restrictions:

  • Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, credit, or tangible goods.
  • Coins are non-transferable and may not be sold or traded.
  • Unauthorized transfers or sales will result in account suspension and loss of Coins.

Ownership and Expiry

Coins are licensed digital features, not your property. They will automatically expire:

  • If your account is terminated or deactivated.
  • If required by legal process or court order.

Zaytun AI reserves the right to modify, regulate, or discontinue the Coin system at any time, with reasonable notice where required.

C. Virtual Gifts

Overview

Virtual Gifts (“Gifts”) allow users to show appreciation to content creators or businesses during videos and livestreams.

Purchasing Gifts

  • Gifts are obtained by exchanging Zaytun Coins within the app.
  • The exchange rate between Coins and Gifts is displayed at the point of purchase.
  • Gifts are digital features and have no real-world monetary value.
  • Taxes, if applicable, apply at the point of Coin purchase, not during Gift exchange.

Note: Once Coins are exchanged for Gifts, the transaction is final and non-reversible.

Using Gifts

  • Gifts can be sent to creators during livestreams, videos, or other eligible features.
  • When you send a Gift, your username, profile picture, and Gift details may be visible to the creator and viewers.
  • Gifts serve as a digital expression of appreciation and may contribute to the recipient’s Gem earnings.

Gift Limitations

  • Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be sold, refunded, or converted back into Coins or cash.
  • Upon account closure or suspension, all unredeemed Gifts are forfeited.
  • Any attempt to resell or transfer Gifts outside Zaytun AI is prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.

Corrupted or Invalid Gifts

If a Gift fails to display correctly due to a system error, Zaytun AI may, at its sole discretion, replace it.

D. Zaytun Gems

Who Can Earn Gems

Creators and sellers aged 18 or older who host livestreams or post monetized videos can earn Zaytun Gems (“Gems”) as recognition for engagement and Gifts received.

How Gems Are Earned

  • From Gifts: Gems are automatically credited based on the value of Gifts received from viewers.
  • From Rewards: Zaytun AI may grant additional Gems for engagement milestones, contests, or platform events.
  • Gems cannot be purchased or transferred between users.

Restrictions

  • Gems are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or assigned.
  • Unauthorized transfers, sales, or exchanges are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.
  • Zaytun AI retains full control over the Gem system and may modify conversion rates, earning formulas, or eligibility at any time.

E. Converting Gems to Earnings

Creators may withdraw eligible Gems in exchange for real monetary compensation under the following terms:

Conversion and Payment

  • The conversion rate between Gems and currency (USD or local equivalent) is displayed in-app.
  • Payouts are processed via verified payment channels (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer, or regional providers).
  • Your account name must match your payment account name. Zaytun AI is not liable for errors from inaccurate account details.

Identity Verification

Zaytun AI may request valid identification to verify your age and identity before processing withdrawals.
Withdrawals may be delayed or held until verification is completed.

Taxes and Fees

Creators are responsible for any applicable taxes on withdrawals.
Zaytun AI may withhold or report payments as required by law.
Currency conversion or payment service fees are borne by the recipient.

Processing Time

While Zaytun AI strives to process payments promptly, exact timelines are not guaranteed and may vary by provider and location.

F. Enforcement and Account Termination

  • Any misuse, manipulation, or violation of this policy may result in deduction or forfeiture of Coins, Gifts, or Gems, and potential account suspension.
  • Zaytun AI may modify or discontinue the Virtual Items Program for operational, legal, or technical reasons.
  • If the program ends, unwithdrawn or unused items will not be converted into cash or other forms of compensation.

G. Account Closure

  • Upon user-requested deletion or platform termination of an account, all Coins, Gifts, and Gems are forfeited immediately and cannot be refunded or reinstated.
  • We encourage users to redeem or withdraw eligible Gems before requesting account closure.
